A few of us gathered together for Secret Santa tidings, divided by names and united through a common Christmas spirit of sharing. And it is in this spirit that we bring this blog chain to you.

I am thankful to Ramya Rao for passing on the baton of spreading Christmas joy and spirit.

It is here through words that I unwrap Christmas on my blog for you.

*

An important part of Christmas is this bearded man who finds space in folk lore and hearts of children world wide. And this secret of him being a figment of imagination is unanimously shared by adults through jokes and a lot of subtle winks.

Christmas is about this. This spirit of impossibility. The possibility of a Santa. The possibility of dreaming.

Last year I Unwrapped Christmas with self love and only about three hundred and sixty five days later have I realised that this self love has given way to some strange dreams.

Dreams of impossible things.

Last one year I have learned a lot. I have learned to trace my people, my dreams and most importantly snap out of self destructive pods which threatened to overthrow my life.

And this all through my power of dreams.

Come 2017 and I hope to see this power turn some things into reality. I also hope that this post rubs on you and you decide to dream. Dream big, dream small but DREAM.

Tell me tonight, what do you reflect upon this Christmas? Do you have a dream?

I now invite Pratikshya to spread the message of Christmas and new years on her blog.

This year we invite you to also become Secret Santas to children of Divya Disha, an NGO we hope to spread far and wide.
