Seven seas. Seven sins. Seven days of the week. And now Seven as the theme for first ever Write Tribe Festival of words.
And for this my theme is going to be- “Seven things about the first person I get to see each morning”. Each day a new person, a new set of seven things and of course more insight into my life π
Lets set some rules:
1. No person to be repeated even if he/she is the first person to be seen that day.
2. A picture is must
3. If you are just in case featured, do enjoy the limelight
4. Leaving a comment is compulsory (wishful thinking π )
So what are we waiting for? Let’s get started!

Its a Sunday! And the first person I saw today morning was? Any guesses? Well this one is of course easy. My darling husband π Vikas Agarwal a.k.a Vicky a.k.a Vikku!
Seven things about him!
1. A graduate from IIT Roorkee, in his own words documentaries excite him more than engineering or automobiles.
2. He is a great mimic artist and many of our fights get over because I cannot help stop laughing at one of his “Sunny Deol’s” dhai kilo ka haath or his Donald Duck’s incoherent speaking π
3. His favourite shows on television are “twist to taste”, “masterchef australia” and all shows on Food Food. And he cannot even make tea or maggi π π
4. His sweetest thing is that he speaks most wonderfully to his mother, which was the first thing that attracted me to him. A great son has to be a great husband- my philosophy.
5. He has a degree in mountaineering from Nainital Institute of Mountaineering. An active member of the Himalayan explorers club in his college, he has undertaken many treks like to Valley of flowers, madhmateshwar, surya top etc. (Trivia: I removed adventure sports from the hobbies in my resume after I met him π π I fell dwarfed!)
6. A fabulous tennis player (or so I hear π ) and a self confessed greatest Roger Federrer fan. Everytime Federrer begins to lose a match (quite a lot off late), he imposes a maun vrat onto himself. And doesn’t speak until he wins. Its success rate is quite something #truestory .
7. He loves me a lot. Honestly. He loves me so much that he has never in his life apologised to me or tried to placate me after any tiff. Also it takes him months to say “I love you” or ” I miss you”. Yes, of course he loves me a lot #sarcasm.
For now asta lavista! I hope tomorrow also gets us somebody new and interesting! Cannot wait for tommorw! Lets see who I find to feature! Are you excited as much as me?

That’s such a sweet post.. Show it to your hubby and he will know how much you love him.. So sweetly you wrote about him in just seven sentences.. That’s amazing..!!
Hehe I will show it to him for sure. But I don’t think it will be of use to him π
Your husband sounds like a great, well-rounded man. I like any man obsessed with the food network!
He is only obsessed with network and eating, cooking never comes across π π
Mountaineer huh? Great – I trek a bit and once a year to the Himalayas so that strikes a chord.
Well he might find you there on one such trips π
That is so cute! I hope the better half liked it!
I hope so too… π π Well perhaps he needs to be thankful to all the lies also π
I went all awwwww reading this. GOod to know abt ur man. some points match my man but he is a great chef.
Am not sayng this for the heck of it but suddnly lookng at his outline I remembered Imran π ofcourse faces r different
!
Have a blessed life
haha π Well I also looked at Imran and thought the same. Though I think Imran is a tad bit taller π and lucky you that he can cook!
Great planning for the week ahead… loved your way of describing your hubby specially 3rd, 4th and 7th points… All the best!

Some imagination, i should say…loved the way you went about describing your hubby dear!!!
Aww…what a cute post! I love the theme, the way you are treating this challenge.
You’ve got a keeper there – very impressive 7 facts, yes – the not cooking and very loving included. I can spot a gentleman when I see (in this case, Hear) one :-))
Leaving with a big grin! :-))
That’s a fab idea and you have got great Imagination.
Btw do your hubby darling resemble Imran or is it my eyes playing with me?
This is very very interesting… both the theme and the post. Looking forward to next π
IIT Roorkee,I am IMPRESSED.Am sure your husband must be on cloud nine as well.I wish someone someday can dedicate a post to me…:(..

Interesting, Richa! Vicky is lucky to have got a dedication. Cool!
BTW, I hate cooking and I love watching cookery shows and am already counting days for Masterchef Australia
This is such a fab theme, Richa!! Loved it. LOL @ point no. 3… my husband is ALWAYS watching food programs but he is a master chef by passion! Cooks great food! π
Nice theme!! Wouldn’t have thought about it!! Now I’m intrigued about who you will feature next!
Love your approach!!! And ur hubby & I share our Alma Mater!!! I got my MBA degree from RRk π
That was such an endearing post π
This is an interesting topic you have chosen for the Write Tribe festival.
I have noticed that people who rarely cook are avid watchers of cookery/coking related shows! Something behind it, eh? π
ha ha ha.. I so empathise with the 7th point π
awwwww
awwwwww
awwwwwwww
sorry had to do it after all the aww-ing you have done!
